Il film si mantiene sullo stesso livello della serie: ottime idee, una messa in scena "profonda" (passatemi il termine) dove i sentimenti di perdita si fanno molto sentire; pecca un po' sul lato trama, che non raggiunge la compattezza e completezza della controparte cartacea o della sorella "Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood". Invece, dove supera la serie che va a chiudere è sul comparto tecnico: l'animazione, i colori, la musica e i suoni; decisamente su un altro livello. Non si può dire lo stesso dal punto di vista dell'immagine resa dal Blu-Ray, purtroppo si nota un deludente effetto "acquerellato" in molte scene, quasi come se fosse stato applicato qualche filtro per nascondere difetti che sarebbero risaltati in una visione ad alta definizione.

Her protege-turned-longtime boyfriend, the current chief of their TV network, just left her for a younger woman who also happens to be Shin-hye's junior colleague. Shin-hye has two best friends, Mi-yeon ( Moon So-ri), a housewife who isn't satisfied with her sex life with her rather docile husband Jae-ho ( Lee Sung-min), and Hae-young ( Jo Min-su), a soft-hearted, divorced single mother who wants her grown daughter Soo-jung ( Jeon Hye-jin) to move out so she can have more time with her widowed boyfriend, carpenter Sung-jae ( Lee Geung-young). Soon, life gets better for the three friends. Kingman's agent, Stella Peck ( Kyra Sedgwick), thinks this will be bad for his image and distracts him with the upcoming playoffs At the opening of Kingman's restaurant, he leaves without Peyton, and the next morning is on cover of a tabloid in a magazine article. As a result, Peck decides Kingman needs a new fatherly image. Later, at a press conference, the reporters make Kingman miserable, until Peyton starts speaking and says that he is new to this and is trying the best he can, and that she thinks he is the best father in the world. She then says that he has to repay her, she then has Kingman take her to a ballet academy run by Monique Vasquez (Roselyn Sanchez). Vasquez has Kingman join their ballet performance to show him that ballet takes just as much athletic ability as football. Kingman and Peyton begin their relationship after Peyton calls his arrogant and selfish behavior to his attention. Kingman takes Peyton and her friends to the mall where he begins to get along with Vasquez.
The Secret Life Of Pets 2 (Official Review) The Secret Life Of Pets 2, to me, I reckoned was an alright movie. I thought it was a lot like the first film, but except I liked the original movie more. It was a pretty short film, not including the end credits or anything, it was 75 min. I wish there could've been some more exciting events. But it was still a memorial and loving movie. It's a decision that's might disappoint some but one that on reflection makes a lot of sense. Books on London's real occult history do already exist, by the shelf load, and Gow recommends several and Liminal's system is not exactly a thing of GURPS-like complexity. Creating your own stats for the likes of the aforementioned Saucy Jack or working your favourite bit of London lore, the Highgate Vampire say, into the Liminal world should be short work for most creative GMs. That's not to say that Gow that totally ignores London's own legends. In amongst the likes of the Fairy Queen of Hyde Park a few, perhaps, less familiar folktales such as the Bleeding Heart of Elizabeth Hatton, the Head of Bran the Blessed and the amorous Queen Rat do appear but on the whole most the book's cast of characters are cut from fresh cloth. Instead what we get is the lowdown on how the various factions introduced in the core book operate, or not, in London and learn more about the various Fae lords, competing river spirits, bridge trolls, ghost courts, demi-gods and goddesses native (and imported) to the city, the secret guilds of hidden homeless, the occult truth about London's ubiquitous black cabs and the history of the 'Pax Londinium', the law that, somewhat, regulates liminal activity within the city.
