C'est une histoire pour les gosses. Mais le récit en lui même, ce qui arrive au personnage principale, c'est cousu de fil blanc lol. Elle chante faux, ne sait pas danser. Le film en lui même veut être un conte pour enfant, une jolie histoire un peut comme Oliver Twist. Mais version anglaise. Mais là, non, ça colle pas. J'ai trouvé le temps long, les personnages étaient attachant. Mais le script lui aurait pu être bien meilleur. Dommage, déçu! Joli petit film pour enfants, mignon à souhait, bien que pas très original. Version française de mauvaise qualité malheureusement. Vu et apprécié par des enfants de 7 à 12 ans. Molly Moon et le livre magique de l'hypnose est un joli film familial mis en valeur par une performance merveilleusement magique d'Emily Watson. Comme d'habitude Watson illumine l'écran dans chaque scène où elle apparaît et la puissance de son talent irradie tout le film. Il ne fait aucun doute qu'elle était l'une des actrices les plus douée a cette époque et ensuite sa carrière sera marquée par de magnifique performance l'une après l'autre.
