La relación entre los tres policías también se dibuja de forma hábil, en donde Chris puede está en el espectro de agente desagradable —su intento de cacheo es deleznable— y un caso de manual de aspirante a acusado de brutalidad policial, pero su relación con los habitantes del barrio es ambivalente, y Stéphane se dedica a observar sin entrometerse. Una sucesión de finales falsos lleva a una última bobina más explosiva y políticamente fascinante que lleva la película a un nivel diferente, dónde se conecta de verdad con la obra de Víctor Hugo.

Après une cinquième saison pas toujours à la hauteur, la série « Downton Abbey » sera de retour à la rentrée 2015 avec une saison 6 particulièrement attendue par les fans. Malheureusement, et même si la production dit le contraire, cette sixième saison pourrait bien marquer la fin du show qui reste pourtant très apprécié et populaire dans le monde entier. Maggie Smith: bientôt l'heure des adieux? Une chose semble acquise, c'est que la comédienne de 80 ans Maggie Smith devrait bien faire ses adieux à « Downton Abbey » durant cette saison 6, et c'est la comédienne en personne qui a annoncé la triste nouvelle, tout en précisant qu'elle pensait que la série était arrivée à sa fin: « Les producteurs disent que la saison 6 est la dernière, et je ne vois de toute manière pas comment ils pourraient aller plus loin (…) En tout cas, moi, je ne me vois sans doute pas aller plus loin... », a confié la comédienne de 80 ans au site The Hollywood Reporter.

Roskam captures the gritty run-of-the-mill milieu, including the cluttered lower-income houses filled with a lifetime of worthless tchotchkes, and knows how to build tension–this is one of those films where you expect the worse to happen around every corner and down every alley. Not everything is perfect with "The Drop. " There is an on-the-ball detective ( John Ortiz, a stage veteran who was Bradley Cooper 's friend in " Silver Linings Playbook ") investigating the robbery who suspects there is more to Bob and the situation at the bar than meets the eye, but his involvement turns out to be peripheral at best. The terrific Ann Dowd of TV's "The Leftovers" barely gets a chance to make an impression as Marv's fed-up sister. And as good as Schoenaerts is, he isn't consistently convincing as an unstable creep. But if you have been itching to witness Hardy at full throttle, here is your chance. The actor should be, by all rights, at the same level by now as Michael Fassbender and Benedict Cumberbatch, two other fantastically talented U. K. imports who have built up passionate cults in recent years.
